Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing knowledgeable product recommendations, and maintaining high visual and operational standards in the store. The Sales Associate also plays an important role in ensuring smooth store operations through effective inventory monitoring, timely replenishment, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets for assigned products or categories.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by building rapport, addressing inquiries, and offering appropriate product suggestions.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandise displays in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, including preparation of purchase orders and stock replenishment.
  • Support promotional activities, product launches, and visual merchandising campaigns.
  • Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions and ensure proper cash handling.
  • Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve overall store performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Sales-driven and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems is an advantage.
  • Flexible and willing to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
