The role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant | Sales Associate - Cosmetics to join our team at Glamourbox. This is a full-time role that will see you provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of our premium cosmetic brand, Pixi.

What you'll be doing

  • Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and provide personalized product recommendations
  • Demonstrate makeup application techniques and assist customers with product selection
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of our product range, including ingredients, benefits and the latest trends
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through suggestive selling and excellent customer service
  • Ensure the store and beauty counters are well-stocked, visually appealing and adhering to brand standards
  • Support promotional activities and events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience that builds long-term customer loyalty

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the beauty or retail industry
  • A genuine passion for beauty products and a desire to help customers look and feel their best
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • A professional, friendly and approachable manner
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
