What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations
  3. Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments
  4. Maintain high standards of store presentation and product organisation
  5. Actively participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
  6. Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs
  7. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  4. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  5. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and cash handling
  6. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
