The Fabrication Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work, including declogging, plumbing, carpentry, and painting, to ensure that The Moment Group's facilities remain in optimal condition. This role requires hands-on technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and well-functioning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Declogging & Drain Maintenance

  • Perform regular declogging and drainage maintenance to prevent blockages and ensure smooth water flow.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve plumbing issues related to clogs, leaks, and drainage concerns.

General Plumbing Repairs

  • Repair and maintain water lines, pipes, and fixtures to ensure proper functionality.
  • Install and replace basic plumbing components as needed.

Carpentry & Fixture Repairs

  • Perform basic carpentry work, including repairing doors, cabinets, tables, and other fixtures.
  • Assist in the installation of shelves, partitions, and minor construction work.

Painting & Surface Maintenance

  • Conduct painting and refinishing work to maintain the aesthetic and quality of facility surfaces.
  • Patch and repair walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as necessary.

Preventive Maintenance & Facility Upkeep

  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Ensure that all tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and organized.
  • Assist in emergency repair tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, or painting.
  • Strong knowledge of declogging techniques and drain maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and construction repairs.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot maintenance issues effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor and repair tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
