Your Focus Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards, maintain site documentation, and supervise maintenance activities to support operational efficiency and regulatory adherence. Where You’ll Make a Difference EHS Program Management Review and update local procedures; implement continuous improvements on EHS programs. Liaise with Regional and Global EHS teams for updates and act as local EHS Coordinator. Initiate sustainability projects and guide employees on implementation. Ensure compliance with hazardous, prohibited, and new chemicals. Secure permits and certificates from government agencies (DDB, BFP, PDEA, DENR-EMB, BIR). Act as Plant Pollution Control/Safety Officer and report to LLDA & DENR-EMB. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Serve as Document Controller; ensure procedures are audit-ready and up to date. Create, revise, and update system procedures and guidelines related to EHS. Conduct safety trainings and audits; manage internal and external audits. Coordinate corrective/preventive actions for audit findings. Facility Maintenance Coverage Oversee building and property maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented for all critical equipment and utilities. Manage third-party contractors for specialized maintenance tasks. Monitor compliance with safety standards during maintenance work. Identify and implement facility improvements aligned with company standards. Inventory & Support Assist in monthly/annual cycle counts led by Warehouse Supervisor. Act as backup for warehouse/tolling and dispatch supervisor. Other Duties Perform additional tasks as assigned to support site operations. What Makes You The Right Fit Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements. Experience in facility maintenance supervision, including preventive and corrective maintenance. Ability to manage audits and documentation processes. Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal teams and government agencies. How Would You Stand Out?
