Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy helping clients navigate new technology? We're looking for a Helpdesk / CSR to support clients through a key migration to our new Business Online Banking platform.

What You'll Do:
  • Client Communication

    Assist in sending advisory letters to clients regarding the migration process, schedules, and updates.
  • Data Validation

    Ensure accuracy of reports and client data before and after migration through careful validation.
  • Technical Support

    Provide front-line technical support for accessibility issues and help troubleshoot problems with the new system.
  • Client Training

    Conduct virtual training sessions and webinars. Share user guides, tutorial videos, and FAQs to help clients feel confident using the new platform.
  • Account Management

    Manage user accounts by deactivating and reactivating them as needed during and after migration.
  • Post-Migration Support

    Ensure clients receive credentials and can successfully access the new system. Offer continued support to address any post-migration issues.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or a helpdesk role
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable validating data
  • Familiarity with online banking systems is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
