We are currently hiring a Skilled Bookkeeper on behalf of our Singapore-based client, a well-established auditing firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term growth in a reputable company within a fully remote setup.

Job Overview

As a Bookkeeper, you will manage end-to-end bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the preparation of management reports. You will assist in financial reporting and ensure accurate transaction processing and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert accounting data into Xero
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Prepare sales invoices in the client's accounting system
  • Enter supplier tax invoices into the accounting system
  • Process A/P payments and A/R collections
  • Resolve recurring reconciling items in reports (e.g., Bank Reconciliation, Trade Payables/Receivables)
  • Draft activity statements for review
  • Process payroll data entry and reconcile with relevant records (Singapore payroll experience preferred)
  • Review the general ledger and close full sets of accounts

Qualifications & Experience

  • Accounting graduate with at least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Singapore bookkeeping preferred
  • Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  • Experience in closing full sets of accounts

Technical Skills

  • Xero (certification preferred)
  • MS365, including Teams
  • Hubdoc and/or Dext
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong computer skills and tech-savvy

What We Offer

  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  • Annual leave: 14 days, plus Singapore public holidays
  • Salary: PHP 25,000 – 32,000 (based on experience)
  • Workdays: Follow Singapore working days
  • Fully remote, full-time position
