The Operations Support Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the loan processing pipeline by providing comprehensive support across various operational functions. This role encompasses data entry, verification of application details, quality assurance, settlement coordination, credit support, and data cleanup. The Operations Support Officer is responsible for reducing processing times, clearing backlogs, ensuring high-quality standards, facilitating smooth settlements, supporting credit approvals, and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting. By contributing to these key areas, the Operations Support Officer enhances overall operational efficiency, improves communication between teams, and supports the successful implementation of the Polaris enhancement.

Key responsibilities

  • Input data into the systems which may include renaming, uploading, and downloading of files.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of loan applications and approvals, ensuring all documentation is recorded in the system.

    Collect and verify all necessary documentation and information for credit assessment.
  • Ensure that all submissions have the correct loan structure and meet lending requirements.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the Loan Processing Team.
  • Assist with data cleanup to ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Support cross-functional activities within the Loan Processing, Quality Assurance, Settlements, and Credit Support teams.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Has a high level of integrity, having the ability to ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating a track record of delivering excellent customer service with strong background in risk management, KYC and AML implementation.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.
  • Amenable to work on schedule assigned by the management
