Your Day-to-Day

· Maintain standards and quality for the delivery of orders.

· Review Contracts on any specials needed.

· Review and assess if a building is a valid on-net Site.

· Creation of Fibre Plans to deliver service to the customer.

· Review sites and check Google Earth to determine the best route for service delivery.

· Send delivery request for design team to provide suggested fibre routes for service delivery

· Review Scope of works if it was designed as per requested.

· Engage with customer to obtain correct information about the order.

· Providing update to Customer, Case Owner and other possibly parties about the order.

· Engage with contractors to do surveys and installs.

· Ensure materials needed to do install is available.

· Review quotes of contractors and budget management.

· Update internal systems on status and progress of order.

· Arrange access for contractors to ensure install is completed.

· Troubleshooting and resolving problems on orders to ensure job completion.

· Close off order and informing all parties that service is completed.

· Ensure handover is provided by the contractors once job is completed.

· Ensure all files and records are updated as per job completion.

· Ensure contractors are paid after job completion.

· Being able to handle pressure on delivering orders like on special fast track orders.

· Scheduling of multiple jobs simultaneously.

Provide daily reports, updating records/tracker and project documentation.

What We're Looking For:

· Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or master's degree in project management or business administration

· Strong documentation and communication skills (Verbal and Written)

· Ability to work and interact with people at all levels and meet deadlines

· Has strong analytical thinking

· Must have 1-2 years OSP/ISP experience in telecommunications

· Working knowledge of Fibre Optic deployment requirements

· Working experience in any Database that keeps track of fibre infrastructure

· Understand and able to interpret engineering installation plans

· Sound understanding of telecommunications physical construction

· Expertise in Excel and Visio is an advantage

Work Setup

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Onsite)

Shift: Dayshift, Monday-Friday
