Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Support the COO in formulating, implementing, and monitoring operational strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with clinic heads and department managers to address operational challenges and ensure service continuity.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, compliance, and service quality.

2. Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Assist the COO in the development and execution of short-term and long-term operational plans.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve productivity, resource allocation, and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance workflow, patient experience, and organizational growth.

3. Resource and Materials Management

  • Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and medical supplies.
  • Ensure cost-efficient procurement, inventory control, and distribution of materials across all branches or clinics.
  • Coordinate with the Materials Management and Purchasing departments to maintain adequate supply levels.

4. Financial and Performance Oversight

  • Monitor operational budgets and expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
  • Review performance reports and recommend corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
  • Support the COO and Finance Department in forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.

5. People and Organizational Development

  • Supervise and mentor clinic managers and department heads to ensure effective leadership and staff performance.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of key operational personnel.

6. Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all clinics and departments adhere to company policies, DOH regulations, and industry standards.
  • Implement quality assurance and risk management systems.
  • Lead operational audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
