TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.) Assists the Executive Chef in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer services, and merchandising.

2.) Coordinate, monitor, and report daily operations

3.) Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory level

4.) Maintains a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front

5.) Resolves customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner

6.) Ensures that the store policies and procedures are followed

7.) Research new wholesome food suppliers and negotiate prices

8.) Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders as needed

9.) Manage and store vendor's contracts and invoices

10.) Coordinate communication between front and back of the house staff

11.) Prepare shift schedule of staff

12.) Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues.

13.) Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

14.) Gather guests' feedback and recommend improvements to our menus

15.) Responsible for POS and printers operating procedures

16.) In charge with GCash Management- controlled and secured cash procedures with monitoring cash sales and change fund

17.) In charge with Petty Cash procedure and monitors transaction

18.) Responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of recipes

19.) Provides checklist for staff trainings/Cross-training, hiring, positioning, and as well as preparing training materials

20.) Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior
