What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial oversight
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and compliant working environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and drive profitability
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients
  • Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the broader management team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders
  • Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial analysis to drive operational efficiency
  • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the Hospitality & Tourism industry
  • Passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
