Job Description:

  • Facilitates and monitors invoicing and collections with TransCo across all operating entities.
  • Issues official receipts to all Distribution Units for all operating entities.
  • Monitors submission of BIR Form 2307 from Distribution Units and coordinates with the Tax Team to ensure complete documentation.
  • Supervises both internal and external billing and collection processes.
  • Collaborates with the Treasury Manager to ensure adequate liquidity for local business requirements.
  • Maintains strong relationships with banks, service providers, and regulatory/government agencies (e.g., BSP, BIR, SEC, BOI) to support the company's liquidity needs.
  • Assists the Treasury Manager in streamlining and rationalizing bank accounts to optimize cash usage and fund flows.
  • Helps monitor debt covenants and compliance with requirements for loans and short-term credit facilities.
  • Identifies, implements, and optimizes cash management opportunities.
  • Administers short-term investments and transactions to support business operations.
  • Initiates and drives ad hoc projects that align with Treasury Department goals.
  • Supports the national roll-out and implementation of treasury management software.
  • In coordination with the Accounting Control & Tax Team, ensures bank account details, authorizations, and user entitlements are regularly updated and properly maintained.
  • Supports the execution of risk mitigation strategies such as foreign exchange (FX) hedging, when needed.
  • Provides assistance with statutory compliance requirements as necessary.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or professional certification is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, billing and collections, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, collection processes, tax documentation (e.g., BIR Form 2307), and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of liquidity management, bank account administration, and short-term investment strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and interactions with government agencies (e.g., BSP, BIR, SEC, BOI).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities, particularly in cross-functional settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
