Job Summary:

The Treasury Specialist is responsible for handling administrative tasks related to the Treasury Department to ensure all treasury related transactions are properly recorded.

Administrative Task: Accuracy

·       Issue checks to the suppliers and ensure all receipts are BIR compliant.

·       On time uploading and indexing of all payment documents such as voucher, receipts, BIR 2307, etc.

·       Extract Monthly Summary Report on the Vportal (number of transaction and disbursement with no receipts).

·       Prepare and upload monthly Meralco payment request for both EPEI & CMI. Ensure that all payments are tallied on the credit billing.

·       Clearing Meralco payment in SAP in a monthly basis.

·       Booking of BIR related transactions in SAP within 2 working days from the actual transaction date.

·       Monitor inventory of credit card terminals.

·       Performed other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • With experience in Treasury or related field or role.
  • With Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • With strong background in cash/bank management system.
  • Strong understanding of finance and documentation.
