What You'll Do
As a Treasury Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of advanced treasury management solutions for financial institutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with experienced consultants on system implementations—analysing business requirements, configuring databases, designing reports, specifying interfaces, planning UATs, managing data migrations, and providing essential go-live support. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting client issues efficiently, validating new software features through rigorous testing protocols, and delivering comprehensive training sessions that equip users with practical skills. Success in this role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, adaptability when travelling for on-site engagements or working remotely, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients achieve operational excellence.

• Assist senior consultants with all aspects of treasury management system implementation, including conducting detailed business requirement analysis to ensure client needs are fully understood and met.
• Configure systems and set up databases tailored to each client's unique operational requirements, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes.
• Design and develop customised reports that provide valuable insights for clients' front-office, middle-office, and back-office functions.
• Prepare interface specifications that enable smooth data flow between various banking or financial platforms and the treasury management system.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) by collaborating closely with clients to validate new features and system enhancements before go-live.
• Manage data migration activities by reconciling legacy data with new system records, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the transition process.
• Provide go-live support during major project phases by being present on-site or remotely assisting clients as they adopt new systems.
• Troubleshoot client issues promptly by diagnosing problems, identifying root causes, and delivering effective solutions that minimise disruption.
• Test new software features thoroughly to validate functionality, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards before deployment.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and consultancy services to empower clients' teams with the knowledge needed for successful day-to-day operations.
