About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Associate to join our team. The role involves handling treasury-related transactions such as payment processing, cash handling, and financial monitoring while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare check vouchers and checks for disbursements.
  • Upload payables for online payments and validate proof of payment with requestors.
  • Upload payroll and ensure timely processing.
  • Process and send CWT to Meralco, Globe, and PLDT.
  • Safekeep and monitor post-dated checks (PDCs).
  • Receive cash and issue official receipts/accounts receivable (OR/AR).
  • Ensure all cash collections are deposited intact daily.
  • Prepare official receipts for deposited PDCs and online payments.
  • Monitor cleared checks and follow up on returned/bounced checks.
  • Encode OR/AR transactions in Acumatica.
  • Act as Petty Cash Fund (PCF) custodian.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Open for fresh graduates; work experience in treasury, accounting, or finance is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge of Acumatica or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
