Educational Attainment:

  • A Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or any related course , preferably with 12 to 15 units of Masteral .
  • One to three years of supervisory work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the whole campus treasury department.
  • Relieves function of subordinates who are absent or on leave.
  • Accomplishes the semi-annual Performance Evaluation of treasury personnel under her supervision for discussion and approval of the Executive Director.
  • Reports to the Executive Director any incidence of violation of treasury personnel within twenty four hours by a submission of an incident report.
  • Periodic report on bank deposit of receipts and collections ensuring compliance with the University policies and standards.
  • Report on funding of disbursements ensuring sufficient funding of cheque releases.
  • Petty cash register report ensuring timely replenishment of petty cash expenses.
  • Fund cash count sheets ensuring funds are intact at any given time.
  • Prepares reports relative to campus cash position for and submits the report to the Accounting Supervisor, Senior Treasury Director, and Executive Director.
  • Reviews reports prepared by the treasury disbursement associate .
