JOB OVERVIEW

The Treasury Associate is responsible in assisting company's financial resources by ensuring efficient management of cash, bank transactions and reporting. He / She must maintain accurate financial records, monitoring of cash flows and cross checking of all financial transactions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

● Monitor and check daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts and provide daily cash reports.

● Overseeing cash flows by collecting and analyzing relevant data

● Accurately reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure financial records are up-to-date and identify discrepancies

● Maintain and keep detailed banking records for all financial activities

● Ensure compliance with the internal policies and relevant financial regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or related field

· 2 years' experience in Finance or related treasury role

· With Bookkeeping Certificate is required

· Strong excel skills (e.g. formulas, pivot, tables)

· Knowledge with Financial systems (e.g. ZERO)

· Detailed oriented and numerical accuracy

· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

· Team-oriented with proactive and problem-solving mindset

· Able to work onsite and can start ASAP
