Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Brand Marketing Supervisor to lead the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives. In this role, you will oversee a team of marketers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency, drive awareness, and support business growth through innovative campaigns and brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide a team of brand marketing associates or coordinators.
  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with overall company goals.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including product launches, seasonal promotions, and content initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and product teams to ensure brand standards are upheld.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and agency/vendor relationships.
  • Support PR, influencer, and social media efforts as part of overall brand storytelling.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all materials and touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • With atleast 3 years solid experience in brand marketing, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and consumer behavior.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand strategy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media tools, project management software, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
