We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand and Marketing Lead to spearhead our restaurant's brand strategy and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a storyteller who is passionate about the culinary world and understands how to connect with our target audience. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and managing all marketing campaigns, brand identity, and communications to increase brand awareness, drive customer loyalty, and ultimately, grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and maintain the restaurant's brand identity, including its voice, tone, and visual aesthetics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels (digital, print, in-store, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Create and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage online reputation.
  • Analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.

3. Content Creation:

  • Plan and produce high-quality content, including professional food photography and videography, menu descriptions, and blog posts.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to highlight new dishes, promotions, and chef stories.
  • Write compelling copy for all marketing materials, from social media captions to press releases.

4. Public Relations & Partnerships:

  • Identify and build relationships with local influencers, food bloggers, and media outlets.
  • Manage PR campaigns to secure media coverage and positive reviews.
  • Seek out and manage partnerships and collaborations with other local businesses to expand brand reach.

5. Promotions & Events:

  • Plan, promote, and execute special events, such as tasting dinners, holiday promotions, and themed nights.
  • Develop and manage loyalty programs or special offers to drive customer retention.

6. Analytics & Budget Management:

  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g., customer acquisition cost, brand engagement, ROI).
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms
