A marketing supervisor develops and executes marketing plans to grow the company's brand and business, supervises a marketing team, monitors market trends and competitor activity, analyzes data, manages marketing campaigns and budgets, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Key responsibilities include developing marketing strategy, creating advertising and promotional materials, overseeing merchandising and events, building client and stakeholder relationships, and mentoring the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to align with company goals and objectives.

Team Leadership: Manage, train, and supervise the marketing team, fostering collaboration with other departments, especially Sales.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, conduct research, and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and assessment of marketing campaigns, including advertising and promotional activities.

Content & Brand Development: Create marketing content and oversee merchandising and brand-building efforts to increase brand awareness.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to support campaign goals.

Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key referral sources.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and budget utilization to planning and financial teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Proven experience in attraction marketing and social media management
  • Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
  • Ability to analyze and draw conclusions
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of PR, marketing and planning events
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and website content management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
