This role involves planning and executing campaigns, managing public relations, organizing major events, and overseeing the creation of marketing materials across various platforms.
Job Description :
Strategic Planning
Market Trends & Forecast: Analyze market trends and forecasts to inform marketing strategies.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth by increasing sales through targeted marketing activities.
New Business Leads: Plan, execute, and measure campaigns aimed at generating new business leads.
Branding
Ads & Promotions: Develop, manage, and launch content marketing strategies to enhance project awareness and brand visibility.
Major Events
Project Milestones: Host and organize company events, developing event plans and goals for each project milestone.
Public Relations
Planning and Execution: Coordinate with PR publications to publish articles, oversee writers for content creation, and collaborate with photographers/videographers for project documentation.
Materials Creation
Sales Materials & Exhibits: Oversee the development and placement of creative elements to equip the sales team with effective selling materials as needed.
Out-of-Home (OOH) & Visual Merchandising
Marketplace Positioning: Manage the development and placement of creative elements that enhance the company's visibility in the marketplace.
Digital Marketing
Comprehensive Management: Plan, oversee, and execute all facets of traditional and digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
