We are in search of a Façade Solutions Sales Manager who can lead business development initiatives, manage client relations, and generate sustainable sales in the vertical construction and architectural façade industry.
Core Functions- Lead sales and business development efforts for glass, aluminum, and façade structures (curtain walls, cladding, aluminum composite panels, architectural glazing systems, etc.).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with developers, architects, contractors, and project owners.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, bids, and cost estimates for façade projects.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.
- Collaborate with project, design, and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
- Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business networking activities.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent closing and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of glass, aluminum, curtain wall, and façade construction systems.
- Solid network of industry contacts (architects, consultants, developers, contractors).
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of façade projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (able to discuss with both technical and non-technical stakeholders).
