We're Hiring: Sales Manager (Facade / Glass & Aluminum Industry)

Location: METRO MANILA

Industry: Construction | Facade | Glass & Aluminum

We are looking for a highly qualified Sales Manager with a strong technical and commercial background in Facade, Glass & Aluminum works. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional in Architecture or Civil Engineering with intensive industry experience, capable of leading business growth, driving project acquisitions, and building strong partnerships in the vertical construction market.

Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):
  • Project Acquisition & Business Development – Identify, pursue, and secure facade and glass & aluminum projects through client engagement, networking, and technical sales expertise.
  • Sales Strategy & Performance Management – Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor progress, and consistently achieve set targets.
  • Industry Competitiveness & Client Relations – Analyze market trends and competitor activities while maintaining strong connections with developers, contractors, and architects.
Core Competencies:
  • Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer with intensive hands-on experience in facade, glass & aluminum industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, glass applications, aluminum works, and project specifications.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
