We are looking for an Architectural Business Development Officer who will spearhead strategic sales initiatives and open new doors for Facade and Glass & Aluminum Projects in Metro Manila. Core Functions
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in facade and glass & aluminum projects.
  • Establish strong networks with developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to expand market reach.
  • Present, propose, and negotiate project solutions that align with client needs and budgets.
  • Collaborate with design, technical, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Achieve sales and revenue growth targets through consistent business development efforts.
