Rundoo's mission is to build cutting-edge software that helps building materials suppliers enhance their businesses. Think of your local hardware store or mom and pop shop—these are our clients who we partner with across the country. From paint to hardware to flooring, stores across these industries sell over $1T of building materials annually using outdated, on-premises systems. We're aiming to change by being the first in the industry to empower independent supply stores with best-in-class technology.

Backed by leading investors including Bessemer and CRV, we've raised $18M across three rounds and are growing quickly. Our team is made up of builders, sellers, and industry veterans with a shared goal: to bring modern technology to an overlooked industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing and Outreach
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting platforms.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse talent for current and future openings.

Screening and Evaluation
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in Rundoo

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and adjust evaluation criteria as needed.

Interview Coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.

  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Applicant Tracking and Communication
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate records are accurate and up to date.

  • Review inbound applications, filtering and forwarding qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration (Human Resources or Management), Communication, or Industrial Relations.

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably for roles across in the United States.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Work Arrangement
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time

  • You must have your own laptop, high quality microphone, and a stable high-speed internet connection.

Compensation and BenefitsCompensation
  • Base Salary: $750 USD/month

  • Payment Schedule: $375 paid every two weeks

  • Sourcing Bonus: $200 USD per successfully hired candidate that you sourced.

  • Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are payable on the next monthly commission day after 90 days of the candidate's start date, provided they are still employed with the company.

Contractor Status
  • You will be hired as an independent contractor and will be responsible for filing and paying your own taxes through the BIR.

Interview Process
  • Screening Call (30 minutes) – A remote video call with Jarrel, our recruiting lead.

  • Interview (30 minutes) – A remote interview with Amanda, Head of Recruiting and Operations. This will include a 5-minute introductory chat followed by a mock screening test where you will take on the role of the interviewer.

  • Homework Assignment (1 hour) – A task to be completed and submitted after the introductory call.

  • On-Site Interview (30 minutes) – An in-person interview with Amanda, focused on assessing learning agility and cultural fit.

  • Reference Check – Provide two professional references for evaluation.

  1. Andrew (CTO): studied computer science & humanities at Stanford; worked as a software engineer and head of engineering at Apple & Anova; danced with the SF ballet (where he met his wife)

  2. Nick (CEO): studied math & computer science at Stanford; worked as a trader at Bridgewater & Citadel and as a PM at Google & Enigma; distantly related to the founder of the Hershey company
