MEPFS Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Mechanical Engineering
  • At least one (1) year of experience in Quantity Surveying for Mechanical, Plumbing & Fire Protection Works.
  • Organized, trustworthy and Team player
  • Critical thinker, sharp and intelligent
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS applications
  • ·Knowledgeable in using Planswift Software (preferable).

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Mechanical, Plumbing & Fire Protection Works..
  • Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related costs and financial transactions.
  • Evaluates the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.
  • Review drawings and specifications for cost estimates.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
