Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Officer

Location: Onsite | 3rd Floor, Plaza Victoria Building, Sto. Domingo, Angeles City

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday to Friday

Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Officer with strong quantity surveying experience in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Bluebeam for take-offs, markups, and cost analysis, coupled with solid knowledge of construction methods and industry standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential construction estimating and contracts administration
  • Proficient in Bluebeam for quantity take-offs, markups, and cost estimation
  • Strong background in quantity surveying, cost planning, and cost control
  • Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and industry standards
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation
  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs and markups using Bluebeam
  • Analyze architectural and engineering drawings for cost and constructability implications
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to ensure alignment on project requirements
  • Assist in tender submissions, contract preparation, and negotiations
  • Track project variations, monitor budget impacts, and update cost reports
  • Maintain accurate estimation records, contract documentation, and databases
