Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing Electrical & Electronic plans, specifications and quantity requirements.
  • Preparation of budgetary, construction and maintenance cost.
  • Preparation of Bill of Quantities, tender documents and tender reports.
  • Track project costs against budgets.
  • Assess and certify progress claims from electrical contractors.
  • Monitor and control variations or change orders related to electrical works.
  • Ensure electrical installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in inspections and testing for project handover.

Job Requirements:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant pre-contract quantity surveying experience.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost estimation.
  • Strong knowledge of construction standards, electrical codes, and current market rates.
  • Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD, estimating software, or project management tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
