About the role

At HIGHPOINT PROPERTY VENTURES IND. CORP.', we are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in attracting and securing top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation. Based in our Cebu City Cebu office, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively sourcing and screening qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the organisation
  2. Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience and fit with our company culture
  3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  4. Managing the offer and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition
  5. Maintaining a robust pipeline of talent to support our ongoing recruitment needs
  6. Continuously improving recruitment processes and practices to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency

What we're looking for

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to effectively source and evaluate candidates
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies to support the sourcing and selection process
  5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  6. A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
