
Contracts Administrator

Job Description:
- Prepare, review, and negotiate construction contracts to ensure they meet organizational and legal requirements.
- Ensure all parties adhere to the terms of the contracts, conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain compliance.
- Maintain organized records of all contracts and related correspondence, facilitating easy access and retrieval when necessary.
- Address and resolve any disputes that arise from contract performance or interpretation, acting as a liaison between contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor project budgets and authorize payments and invoices as outlined in the contracts, ensuring financial compliance and accountability.
- Work closely with project team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, law, or a related field is typically required.
- 2 years of relevant experience in contract management or the construction industry is essential. Familiarity with construction processes and legal frameworks is highly beneficial.
- Strong knowledge in conditions of contract interpretation.
- Must be knowledgeable in contract claims, time delay analysis, etc.
Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation abilities to establish favorable contract terms and resolve disputes effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts and compliance with legal standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders.
