Your Role in the Big Picture

Be part of our client's team as a Billing Analyst, Client Accounting, and ensure precision in every transaction. You'll play a vital role in reconciling reports, investigating variances, and maintaining transparency across global advertising operations-all while collaborating with experts who set the standard for performance-driven marketing.

Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET)

What You'll Bring to the Table

Education and Experience

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in accounting or billing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience with NetSuite or other cloud-based accounting software (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

What You'll Do

  • Log monthly client billing reports as assigned
  • Track monthly client billing reports
  • Escalate missing billing reports to Client Billing Senior
  • Reconcile monthly client billing reports
  • Investigate and confirm billing variances through review of sales order information and client feedback
  • Validate commission rates applied to billing and escalate discrepancies to Finance Data and Client Accounting leadership
  • Communicate with Sales regarding material billing variances
  • Monitor and respond to "Client Billing" inbox inquiries
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Client Billing Senior
  • Develop customer relationships effectively
  • Collaborate with Client Accounts Receivable and Cash teams
