What You'll Do Every Day

Be part of our client's team as a Billing Analyst, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and collaborating with finance and sales teams. You will analyze billing data, resolve discrepancies, and lead improvements that enhance efficiency-all while working in a role that values both your career and your well-being.

What You Need to Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and financial analysis
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), ERP (Netsuite), and strong Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Create and issue invoices with accuracy to ensure timely revenue collection
• Analyze billing data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for process improvement
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate practices
• Lead initiatives to enhance processes and implement best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain and update records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations
• Understand the end-to-end revenue impact of billing and credits, including deferred revenue implications
• Perform other duties and participate in projects as assigned by management, including cross-training within the department
