Billing Analyst (Onsite – UP Ayala Technohub, QC)

Work Setup: Onsite | Night Shift

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Billing Analyst to join our growing Finance team. If you have a strong background in billing, order-to-cash processes, and accounting fundamentals, this role is perfect for you

What You'll Do

  • Handle Accounts Receivable functions and daily billing activities.
  • Assist in generating invoices based on completed orders.
  • Verify invoice accuracy and resolve basic discrepancies.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of invoices to customers.
  • Attend monthly AR meetings to review On-Account and Suspense Account payments.
  • Review and update Desktop Procedures (DTPs) to maintain process accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related management course.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (Billing), Accounts Receivable, or related finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and billing workflows.
  • Practical knowledge of:
  • Customer Master Data Management
  • Order & Credit Management
  • Billing & Invoicing
  • Collections & Disputes
  • Deductions & Cash Application
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work onsite in UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City and on a night shift schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php31, Php36,000.00 per month
