Job Description

As a Billing Accountant, you'll oversee billing operations, resolve customer issues, and process subscription invoices and credit memos using Sage Intacct, Zuora, and Salesforce. Your accuracy and service mindset will drive billing excellence and client satisfaction.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of billing processes
  • Thorough understanding of ticketing systems such as Zendesk
  • Strong knowledge of billing systems such as Sage Intacct, Zuora, and Salesforce CPQ
  • Expert understanding of internal processes
  • Strong skills in invoicing, credit and debit adjustments, billing records, product billing, and service cancellations

Your Daily Tasks

  • Strong understanding of billing process for all client products
  • Perform accurate and timely billing activities such as creating subscription invoices
  • Create approved credit memos
  • Seek successful resolution of customer billing inquiries from various channels
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing issues
  • Support, log, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents in Zendesk
  • Log all billing incidents with complete and accurate information
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely response and resolution
  • Assist in sharing, updating, and creating knowledge resources
  • Support a positive team culture based on company values
  • Accept feedback to improve skills and support personal development
  • Maintain a track record of sound judgment and decision-making
