We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with a focus on lead generation to support our business development and marketing initiatives. The role involves a combination of digital marketing support, creative content editing, administrative coordination, and client-facing responsibilities to help drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Marketing Support

  • Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and events.
  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing marketing materials including graphics, videos, presentations, and social media content.
  • Support digital campaigns across email, social media, and other marketing channels.

Client & Prospect Engagement

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, calls, and Zoom/online meetings with leads and partners.
  • Prepare meeting materials and take notes during client/prospect calls.
  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect records in CRM or tracking systems.

Events & Outreach

  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and marketing activities to represent the company.
  • Support event preparation, logistics, and follow-up activities with prospects.
  • Distribute marketing collateral and capture new contacts/leads at events.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Maintain lead generation reports, appointment calendars, and follow-up schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and business development) to align campaigns.
  • Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and other business development materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in tools such as Canva, Excel, Photoshop, and CRM platforms (e.g., Monday, Extreme, Klaviyo).
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Comfortable with Zoom/online meeting platforms.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to attend events, network, and represent the company professionally.
  • Must be presentable and approachable
