Hiring post: Account Executive

Hours: 8 daily

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMB clients, and provide tailored IT solutions.

  • Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities targeting SMBs.

  • Present IT services to potential clients, demonstrating business enhancement.

  • Provide ongoing post-sale support.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

  • Work closely with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales/customer service, specifically in selling IT services to SMBs.

  • Ability to close deals and drive revenue growth in the IT sector for SMBs.

  • Strong understanding of market research, sales principles, and negotiation techniques.

  • Exceptional closing skills with a results-driven mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
