About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, React or Angular, and MongoDB to drive the design and development of scalable web applications. You will lead a cross-functional engineering team, guide technical decisions, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java Spring Boot applications.
  • Oversee front-end integration using React or Angular.
  • Ensure optimal use and performance of MongoDB for large-scale data management.
  • Define technical direction, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery within Agile teams.
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Mentor and guide developers to foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Atleast 7+ years of experience with Java
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead focusing on Java Spring Boot.
  • Solid background in React or Angular front-end development.
  • Strong proficiency with MongoDB and database design.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
