Job Summary.

The candidate must have a demonstrated understanding of SEO strategies and tactics to improve website performance. You will be well versed with a hands-on appreciation of platforms such as Screaming Frog, Website Speed Tests, Siteliner, Copyscape, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Trends, Google Analytics, Agency Analytics & Data Studio. In addition to being skilled at using CRM software such as WordPress, and Laravel

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years SEO experience with an excellent track record in planning & executing successful digital marketing strategies

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent planning and preparation skills

  • Results and performance focused

  • In-depth understanding of Technical SEO

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience

  • Experience in working with the following platforms: SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GSC, GA & GDS; Knowledge of JetOctopus is desirable but not mandatory

  • Knowledge of Various Types of Technical SEO Audit such as: Crawl & Indexation; On Page, Site Speed, Core - Web Vitals; Structured Data and Internal Linking

  • Team player who takes ownership and enjoys executing and delivering exceptional results

  • Proactive nature and ability to get the job done with initiative

  • Proven ability to drive buy-in for recommendations through sharing SEO best practices

  • Willingness to learn and try new things

  • Demonstrable experience in developing processes to increase productivity

  • Superior time management skills

  • High attention to detail

SEO Specialist Duties:

  • Review and identify the most critical issues of the website and recommend fixes

  • Deliver deadlines in a timely manner

  • Proactive, flexible attitude and willingness to get the job done

  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices

  • Helping the SEO Lead and Head of SEO for Advanced SEO experiments

  • Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings

  • Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials

  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts

  • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance

  • Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals

  • Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy

  • Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions

  • Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,300.00 per month
