Schedule: Mid Shift (First 30 days on Night Shift due to onboarding; then transition to Mid Shift or retain Night Shift)

Salary: Php 130,000 to Php 140,000


About the Role:
The client is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in ReactJS and Java to become the lead/anchor of our development team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the creation of cutting-edge solutions that align with our goal to facilitate businesses in their digital transformation journey using Google's innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
● Work on various solutions primarily using ReactJS and Java
● Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications
● Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes
● Provide technical guidance and mentor team members to ensure best practices

Qualifications:
● At least 4 years of expertise in full stack development with strong experience in ReactJS and Java
● Proficient in developing, implementing, and managing software solutions
● Competent in leading a team and facilitating cross-functional collaborations

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with Google Cloud Platform and related services
● Experience in IT consulting or a managed services environment
● Certifications in ReactJS, Java, or Google Cloud technologies

Soft Skills:
● Strong communication skills, particularly in English
● Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
● Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments
