We're looking for a Senior Finance Executive to be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and administering the financial records, systems, and processes of the company.

The candidate is expected to guide and manage direct reports and to be able to provide management with accurate and timely information on the financial status and performance of the operations so that management can make informed decisions. The job ensures financial accountability and compliance with policies and statutory requirements. The job also provides oversight on administration functions of the company. The candidate reports directly to the Finance & Admin Manager. The candidate must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the Accounts Payable function: the timely registering, processing, paying, reconciling, and forecasting of payments.

• Ensure that invoicing and collection schedules are adhered to and vendor terms are maximized to support operational requirements.

• Manage the bank account and provide cash flow forecasting.

• Post, reconcile, and analyze the monthly management accounts.

• Process company expenses, foreign currency cash payments, petty cash requests in line with PRM policies.

• Assist in the preparation of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and ensure that all requirements of external auditors are provided within deadlines.

• Take charge in handling the Bureau of Internal Revenue's (BIR) audit requirements and prepare correspondences to support findings.

• Support in producing financial calculations and framework for distribution of royalties to producer and performer members annually.

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.

• Ensure compliance with all tax reporting and government deadlines and processes.

• Ensure timely submission of all government requirements (e.g., SEC, BIR, LGU, SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth).

• Manage office costs such as insurances, utilities, capex, property/rates/service charges and facilities including working on new supplier contracts and implementing cost saving measures.

• Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Provide guidance and support for team members to ensure efficient and effective performance.

• Handle HR and admin duties periodically.

• Support the Finance & Admin Manager on ad hoc matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is preferred).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

• Experience with BIR, SEC regulatory and taxation compliance filings, and government mandatory filings (e.g., PhilHealth, SSS, PAG-IBIG)

• Proficiency in accounting software, Advanced Excel and financial management systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with experience in presenting financial information to senior management.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Tagalog.

• Good verbal and written communications skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines consistently.

• Quality-driven mindset, dedicated to upholding standards of excellence.

• Experience in non-profit organization is an advantage.

Working Location and Setup:

This is a full-time, fully onsite role and the selected candidate will be based at the PRM office along Timog Avenue, Quezon City.
