We're looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power our sales pipeline. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate a strong pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Book and confirm discovery calls with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain and manage all activities, contacts, and deals in HubSpot CRM.
  • Qualify leads using defined criteria to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and basic KPI tracking.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient when handling objections.
