Medical Sales Representative are responsible for the sales and marketing of 3M/Solventum Medical products in Albay, Bicol, Cam Norte, Cam Sur, Legaspi, Naga, Quezon, Sorsogon, Marinduque. Other responsibilities include collection of accounts receivables and participation in public tenders.

Major Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing

  1. Attendance in sales and product training to develop product appreciation to increase product credibility to accounts and end-users

  2. Daily coverage to new and existing accounts in hospitals and laboratories to increase product awareness in assigned area

  3. Prepares account profile and territory sales plan by product and by customer in accordance with assigned sales targets

  4. Establish professional relationship to customers and end-users

  5. Foster strong relationship with doctors, nurses and key persons to encourage and gain product endorsement for use of product

  6. Service existing clients and expand territory by creating new accounts

  7. Expand and penetrate core products of both new and existing products in assigned areas.

  8. Identify and monitor competitors activities, products and strategies in assigned area

  9. Coordinate and collaborate with principals on coverage and implementation of product activities and programs

10.Identify and resolve customer concerns and provide them with needed information and services 11.Conduct product presentation and promotion of assigned product line

12.Collaborate with specialist in account activities and programs 13.Establish and build a professional relationship to customers and end-users

Administrative

  1. Prepares and submits weekly expense and sales status reports

  2. Attendance and preparation of bidding requirements

  3. Manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time in accordance with the deadlines and objectives set by the Company

  4. Coordinate with Regulatory Officer on permits, licenses and product registration for product concerns and bidding requirements

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

  1. Arrange schedule of meetings and presentations to customers (end-users, purchasing officers and key account personnel)

  2. Coordinate and monitor of stocks with the Operations Department in ensuring accurate and on-time delivery of products and services

  3. Conduct and implement principal guided activities and targets on assigned area

  4. Must be able to increase demand of our new and existing products

  5. Meet sales targets on assigned product and area

  6. Achieve collection targets on assigned product and area

  7. Monitor of accounts receivables of assigned accounts in designated area

  8. Give complete, comprehensive and accurate feedback to Immediate Supervisor on significant events in assigned territory (activities, conventions, customers and competitor)

  9. Prepare sales forecast, pricelist, quotations, abstracts and contracts

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology or any IT-related course
  • With license is an advantage
  • Must be well-versed with Microsoft Office applications
  • With sales experience (preferably Medical Sales) is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills
  • Goal-driven, high energy self-starters with strong time management and planning skills
  • Area flexibility, willing to travel as where Company service is needed
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and sales driven
  • Preferably residing within Bicol

Education

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Licensure

  • Registered Medical Technologist (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
