- Update and maintain documentation templates for business excellence and continuous improvement strategies.
- Assist in preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and other materials for process improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support in developing and managing performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure and report progress.
- Provide administrative support for quality and process improvement tools and practices.
- Support strategic projects and transformation efforts with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Monitor compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the business excellence team.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
- A strong drive for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
