Job Description

This role:

• Understand applicable Acts, Regulations, Notices, Circulars, and Guidelines to address client's queries
• Tracking of work items and monthly calls
• Drafting of compliance checklists and reports
• Drafting of meeting minutes
• Maintenance of compliance registers
• Drafting of onboarding pack
• Drafting and review of compliance documents
• Assist with routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Highly discreet, organized, and meticulous
• Professional conduct and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
• Neat, and tidy
• Team player

Qualifications

About You:

• Minimum diploma in any discipline
• 5 years of solid experience in Compliance or related functions.
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• In-depth knowledge of the Asian industry's standards and regulations experience is a plus.
