Job Summary:

The position is responsible for managing the filing of Power Supply Agreement (PSA) applications before the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) for SMGP plants, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and directives. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments, liaising with external stakeholders, monitoring application progress, and facilitating compliance with ERC orders. Additionally, the role involves tracking legislative and regulatory developments from relevant government agencies to assess their impact on the company. The position also oversees administrative functions within the Regulatory Compliance Department (RCD), including resource coordination, official correspondence, and task delegation. Furthermore, it provides regulatory compliance support to SMGP departments and performs other duties as assigned by the Section Supervisor and Department Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Public Administration or any related courses.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or government relations, preferably within the power generation, construction, or engineering sectors.
