We're looking for a Safety Officer 3 to help uphold the highest safety standards across our construction projects. If you're passionate about creating a safe and compliant work environment, we'd love to have you on our team.

A graduate

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any 4-year course
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction safety or a related field
  • Must have a valid Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training certificate
  • Preferably with experience in rock netting safety standards
  • Willing to conduct regular field and site visits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with company, client, and LGU safety and housekeeping standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor PPE usage, housekeeping, and worksite safety
  • Supervise and document safety-related activities and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Review and validate safety material requests, withdrawals, and documentation
  • Maintain safety supplies, first aid kits, signage, and equipment across all sites
  • Conduct Safety Orientations and toolbox meetings for project personnel
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and proactive risk management
