Compliance Officer


Location: Pasig City

We are seeking a
Compliance Officer
to lead the company's efforts in managing regulatory compliance and risk exposure. The role ensures adherence to the
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)
,
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
,
Foreign Accounts Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)
, and the
Data Privacy Act (DPA)
, along with all related laws, rules, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with BSP, AML, FATCA, and DPA regulations and other pertinent laws.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor areas of compliance risk and recommend corrective action plans.
  • Handle reporting and coordination with government agencies on compliance matters.
  • Design and conduct AML, FATCA, and DPA training programs for employees, directors, and shareholders.
  • Perform other compliance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Political Science, or any related field.
  • At least
    5 years of experience
    in BSP, AML, FATCA, and data privacy compliance with advanced knowledge in these areas.
  • Experience in paralegal, audit, or risk management is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
