A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Compliance Officer , you will be responsible for ensuring that company policies and operational procedures align with applicable regulations and best practices. You will help protect the business from compliance risks by conducting audits, developing policy frameworks, and supporting internal teams with regulatory guidance.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS INCLUDE:

• Auditing and Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Staying Informed: Keep up to date with regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant departments.
• Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and work with internal stakeholders to support compliance objectives.
• Investigation and Reporting: Investigate compliance breaches or concerns and report findings to management with recommendations.
• Policy Development and Updates: Develop and revise compliance policies and procedures to ensure ongoing regulatory alignment.
• Monitoring Operational Processes: Use compliance tools to monitor activities and ensure ethical, legal, and operational standards are met.
• Providing Support: Address inquiries and offer guidance on compliance matters across departments.
• Developing Compliance Programs: Design and implement training, policies, and communication plans to promote a compliance culture.
• Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks proactively.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or audit-related role
• Strong understanding of local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and industry compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and reporting skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulations in a clear and practical way
• High attention to detail and ethical judgment
• Experience with compliance monitoring tools or platforms is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
