Job Responsibilities

Ensures validity of the company's licenses with Health and Regulatory authorities and other government offices but not limited to

a Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

b Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)

c Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)

d Philippine National Police (PNP)

e Other licenses and permits related to Manufacturing Operations

Ensures all company products comply with relevant national, local and industry regulations.

Maintain validity of product registration documents including the preparation and submission of related reports and facilitating inspection of Government representatives.

Keeps abreast of and disseminates to all concerned current information from government agencies concerning additional requirements and regulations affecting the industry.

Conducts plant audit to check for compliance with regulations and identify any potential risks.

Represents the Company during public hearings, conventions, seminars and meetings as various government agencies require for purposes of resolving issues related to manufacturing practice.

Establishes professional working relationship with people in various regulatory affairs offices.

Qualification:

  • With atleast 2 – 3 years of working experience in Regulatory Affairs

  • Preferably with experience in Manufacturing operations with sufficient training in Regulatory Affairs Management
